Content and conceptual design of the "bildungsforschung"

In this text, the initiators of the interdisciplinary e-journal "bildungsforschung" explicate its idea, background and conceptional design. First, the subject area of "bildungsforschung" is outlined. Its scientific demand is guaranteed by peer reviewing. Additional principles, open access to the e-journal and use of the possibilities in the internet are presented. Encouraging the scientific discourse is further concern of the initiators. Although, they describe how they warrant the accessibility of the articles in the "bildungsforschung" and its usability.
